BVIHSA Announces Completion of AC Installation and Cleaning at the Nurse Iris O’Neal Clinic; Services to Return This Week.
British Virgin Islands – February 18, 2026 – The British Virgin Islands Health Services Authority (BVIHSA) is pleased to inform the Virgin Gorda community that the air-conditioning installation works and comprehensive cleaning process at the Nurse Iris O’Neal Clinic have been successfully completed.
Following the completion of the installation phase, a thorough deep cleaning of the facility and the required air quality assessment were conducted to ensure the building meets all safety and environmental standards. With these works finalized, the Authority confirms that services will now transition back to the clinic.
Effective Wednesday, February 18, 2026, the team will begin the relocation process to the Nurse Iris O’Neal Clinic. This transition is expected to be completed within three (3) days.
The public is advised that during this period there may be brief interruptions to certain services. In particular, pharmacy services may experience temporary delays as equipment and supplies are repositioned and systems are fully restored.
