Dr. Domnick Frazer, a native of the Virgin Islands, grew up in community of Zion Hill and attended the Isabella Morris Primary School. He then moved on to the then B.V.I. High School where he graduated with high honors. Being an avid musician, he taught music for one (1) year at his high school Alma Mata while completing an Associate of Science Degree at the H. Lavity Stoutt Community College, in pursuit of his childhood dream of becoming a physician. He matriculated to the University of the West Indies Mona Campus, Kingston, Jamaica where he completed a Bachelor’s degree in Medicine & Surgery in 2005.

Upon completion of undergraduate studies, he honed his medical skills in the field of Emergency Medicine at the University Hospital of the West Indies in Jamaica before returning to the Virgin Islands in 2013, where he worked in the Emergency Department at the Dr. D. Orlando Smith Hospital up until July 2024. He has completed a Certificate in Global Health and Infectious Diseases through the University of Edinburg, attained a Certificate in Clinical Management of HIV from the University of Washington and a Post-graduate Diploma in Emergency Medicine, with distinction, from the University of the West Indies, Mona. Dr. Frazer now functions as the Medical Director for NHI, as well as Clinical lead for the HIV Clinic at the BVI Health Services Authority. He is also the first Medical Director for the Emergency Medical Services.

Dr. Frazer also finds time to reach out to the various groups of the community by giving health talks when invited to do so. He is married to a fellow physician and is the father of three children. In his spare time enjoys singing, travelling, and any water-based activities.
