BVIHSA Strategic Plan FAQ's
This Strategic Plan is our roadmap for improving and transforming healthcare across the Virgin Islands over the next 5–8 years. It focuses on better access, modern facilities, digital upgrades, improved client experience, and stronger community health.
It is built around nine strategic priorities, developed with input from our stakeholders.
It ensures the BVIHSA delivers reliable, modern, client-centred care. It improves quality and safety, strengthens emergency readiness, and expands services, including support for the Sister Islands.
