Gordon Frame is an accomplished healthcare executive with more than three decades of leadership experience across the public and commercial healthcare sectors.
Before joining the BVI Health Services Authority (BVIHSA), Mr. Frame served as National Director of Scheduled Care with NHS Scotland and the Scottish Government, where he was responsible for scheduled healthcare delivery and performance across Scotland and led transformational improvement initiatives.
Throughout his career, Mr. Frame has demonstrated a strong commitment to healthcare transformation, service redesign, operational performance, strategic planning, partnership development, and improving patient outcomes.
He holds a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Physiology and Anatomy from the University of Glasgow and an MBA from the University of Aberdeen.
