Born in Tortola, Dr. Ryan Kelly spent his early years growing up in Johnson’s Ghut and Long Trench. He attended the Althea Scatliffe Primary School and subsequently the Elmore Stoutt High School, graduating in 2011. After attending the H. Lavity Stoutt Community College, Dr. Kelly moved to Kingston, Jamaica where he completed CAPE level courses in Physics, Chemistry and Biology in order to matriculate to the University of the West Indies to attain a Bachelor’s in Medicine and Surgery. After graduating in 2019, he worked at the Annotto Bay Hospital and Kingston Public Hospital in Jamaica before moving back to Tortola. In addition to his love for medicine, Dr. Kelly has a deep passion for music. Throughout his academic career he was a jazz band regular as a tenor saxophonist.
