As Chairman of the BVI Health Services Authority Board, Mr. Potter brings a wealth of expertise in governance, financial oversight, and strategic planning to support the Authority’s mission of delivering high-quality healthcare to the Virgin Islands community.

Mr. Potter’s professional career is marked by significant achievements in the financial services sector:
- Audit Director, BDO Limited (May 2013 – Present)Over 11 years of leadership, providing auditing, accounting, and consulting services to a diverse range of clients, ensuring compliance with international standards and best practices.
- Audit Partner, Deloitte Virgin Islands (Dec 1989 – Apr 2013)With 23 years at Deloitte, he led audit and financial advisory engagements, fostering trusted relationships with clients across the Virgin Islands and beyond.

Mr. Potter holds:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Accounting from the University of the West Indies (1985–1989).
- Fellowship of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) (1990–1993), emphasizing his commitment to excellence in accounting, auditing, tax, and financial management.
