We are pleased to share that the BVIHSA Strategic Plan 2025–2032 will be officially launched on Wednesday, July 16th, at 1:30 p.m. in the lobby of the Dr. D. Orlando Smith Hospital.
This milestone marks the culmination of months of thoughtful collaboration and consultation across every level of our organization and the wider community. Developed in partnership with KPMG, the Strategic Plan is deeply rooted in the insights, ideas, and lived experiences shared by you, our valued team members, during staff consultations and engagements held throughout the process.
Your contributions were instrumental in shaping a plan that reflects who we are, what we aspire to become, and how we will achieve our goals. The plan outlines nine key priorities aimed at transforming our healthcare system, including enhancing patient care, strengthening infrastructure, investing in our workforce, advancing digital systems, and ensuring financial sustainability.
The launch event is scheduled for Wednesday, July 16th, at 1:30 p.m. in the Lobby of Dr. D. Orlando Smith Hospital.
