The ideal candidate for the Maintenance Officer (Electrician) position will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, equipment, and infrastructure within the hospital. Furthermore, the candidate will be tasked with assembling, installing, and repairing electrical wiring and electronic components, as well as maintaining and repairing biomedical and plant equipment. They will be responsible for ensuring that the entire facility, including physical structures and equipment, is always prepared for daily use and that utility supplies are maintained at adequate levels. The ideal candidate will also perform manual duties such as moving supplies or furniture and replacing light bulbs, while contributing to the overall safety and functionality of the hospital environment through diligent inspections and maintenance activities.
