The Complaint Process
Have you recently visited one of our Primary Health Clinics, Units or the Dr. D Orlando
Smith Hospital? How was your experience? Please take a moment to share with us:
1. Complaint Received:
Once a complaint is received, it is logged and tracked on a live Complaints register.
2. Reference Number:
The complainant will receive a reference number in the acknowledgement letter within 5 days of receipt of the complaint.
3. Investigation:
There is a 21 day timeline in which the complaint should be investigated and solved.
4. Closing Letter
After investigation, a closing letter stating how the complaint was addressed will be issued.
5. Survey:
Also in that letter is a link to a survey that allows the complainant to rate our process.
