The British Virgin Islands Health Services Authority (BVIHSA) announces that the Road Town Health Centre resumed its clinical services today, 3rd February 2014 at the Outpatient Clinic located at Peebles Hospital.
The Road Town Health Centre hours of operation are 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday through Friday and on specific Saturdays from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm based on demand.
The Virgin Islands community can obtain the following services at the Road Town Health Centre: General medical care, referral services, annual medical exams, nutritional counseling, maternal and child health services, school and adolescent health, care of the elderly, treatment of non-communicable chronic diseases, HIV clinic, home visitation, wound clinic, audiology, health promotion activities and preventive health screening.
Persons are encouraged to make an appointment by calling the Road Town Health Centre at 852-7681 or 852-7696 and walk-ins are still welcomed.
Finally, patients are reminded that persons needing wound care or child health services which include immunizations and wellness checkups for children from birth to five years old can visit the Sea Cow’s Bay Clinic from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm Monday through Friday or call 494-4838/541-1659.
